Our beautifully furnished and decorated, spacious, 2 bedroomed Villa is located on one of the best complexes in Kapparis within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

 

The ground floor is open planned incorporating the lounge, dining area, kitchen and a Cloakroom which includes a toilet and wash hand basin.

 

The lounge area has two comfortable sofa's/double sized sofa beds and a flat screen TV & DVD Player.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for every day living including oven, microwave and washing machine.

 

There is a dining area with table and chairs - seating for 6.

 

Upstairs takes you to two generous sized bedrooms.

 

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror, the second bedroom has two single beds and bedside tables, both bedrooms have air conditioning units and built in wardrobes.

 

There is also a family bathroom complete with bath tub plus Shower attachment, wash hand basin and Toilet.

 

The main focal point of the complex is the large pool area comprising of a large overflow swimming pool right on your doorstep within a safe fenced area. There are sunbeds and parasols available poolside for your use on the sun terraced area making it a relaxing place to spend your lazy days.

 

The Villa has so much more space than an apartment with Terraces front and rear - lots of space while eating  "Al Fresco" and enjoying the sunshine.
