The rates include air conditioning, heating, linen and towels. (please bring your own pool/beach towels)
Payments from UK residents can be made into any UK bank.
International Payments can be made via IBAN transfer and paid in GBP Sterling or Euros
Please remember it is your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance to cover medical treatment while away.
NB: Cancellation charges
These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the cost of your booking, but do not include Security Deposits* paid.
* If the Security Deposit of £150 has been paid – this is refunded in full – no matter how much notice is given for cancellation.
Deposit (non refundable) - Loss of deposit - irrespective of how many days notice is given

56-42 days notice - 25% less the Deposit Refunded
41-28 days notice - 10% less the Deposit Refunded
28-0 days notice - 0% No Refund
Further details
To allow for flights coming into Cyprus everyday of the week, rental periods can start and end on any day - there is no set changeover day.Normally the Apartment is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus. Changeover days are flexible.
How to book the Apartment
Booking the apartment is very simple. Just follow these quick steps and your holiday is secured.
Step 1 Read the conditions below to ensure that the property is suitable for your needs.
• A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure booking.
• Balance payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
• A security deposit / Breakages deposit of £150 payable when paying the balance if you wish to do bank transfer or can be paid in cash on arrival(refundable)
• No pets
• No smoking except on veranda
• The property will be made available from 4pm on the day of arrival and tenants are required to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.

Complete the form and then click send request. We will then email you an invoice (see below). Your booking will be held for 2 working days to allow you time to make the deposit payment (full payment is required if booking less than 8 weeks in advance).
Step 4
Payment is required in British Pounds. If booking more than 8 weeks in advance you will be emailed 2 invoices, one for the deposit and one for the balance.

Details of these payment methods are on the invoice. Please note: Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received and cleared.
Details for receiving the keys will not be issued until full payment has be received and cleared.
Please note: Lead tenant must be aged 25+
Booking Conditions
A deposit of £150 will be required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
A security Deposit of £150 is payable with the balance of rent or on arrival - this will be refunded within 14 days of your vacating the property, this will be refunded providing there is no damage / breakages (normal wear and tear accepted) and the apartment is left clean and tidy and rubbish removed.
